Flea, Tick, and Mosquito Control Program

Deer Tick populations are out of control!

The risk of getting a deer tick bite is high in the Summer, when the nymph stage is active. The following quote is from the Rutgers Cooperative Extension at N.J. Agricultural Experiment Station Plant & Pest Advisory Newsletter:

“Insecticides have provided excellent control of deer ticks. One application of carbaryl, applied in June, reduced deer tick nymph populations by 95-99% in NJ trials. Since nymphs rarely travel more than 9 feet from where they molted. An application is needed in early Summer for nymph control and further applications are needed for adults.”

We protect you from Lyme Disease by applying an insecticide to your lawn and wood lining areas. The first application happens in May, followed by three applications from June through August. Our four-application program is the best defense to protect your family against Lyme DIsease.

Ticks aren’t the only pest to worry about. In light of the Zika Virus, our Flea, Tick, and Mosquito Control Program also repels mosquitos. Feel free to call us for more details on this program.

Our experienced professionals are licensed, knowledgeable, and utilize the proper equipment to get the job done.

Please note although applying insecticide is helpful in controlling ticks, it would be unrealistic to expect 100% eradication.
