Additional Lawn Care Services

Whether it be dethatching, core aerating or aerating & seeding, our free lawn analysis can help us determine the proper treatment combination to re-establish the appearance your lawn used to have, thicken it up or add another section to increase your lawn area.

Core Aerationlawn aeration

Core Aeration is accomplished by the use of a machine equipped with cylinder-like spoons designed to penetrate and shatter the soil. Half-inch diameter plugs of thatch and soil are actually pulled from the ground during this process, increasing air, water and nutrients to the root zone.

Aerating and Seeding

Our unique method of aerating & seeding, giving 85%+ germination is due to our tractor-propelled aero / seeder, which actually perforates the ground to accept our specially formulated premium grass seed blend. We can also totally kill off weed infested lawns and grow new lawns from scratch.

Dethatching Your Lawn

Our dethatching procedure can remove all the dead, matted grass that has accumulated over the years at the ground surface, forming a suffocation barrier that deprives your lawn of adequate air, sunlight and fertilizer from reaching the soil. Thatch is a haven for insects that feed on grass. Dethatching is recommended every 2-3 years
